Can I bring my prescription from my Doctor to you to get glasses or lenses?

Yes, we will be happy to help you with selecting a pair of glasses, getting new eyeglass lenses or purchasing contacts lenses.

At what age should I bring in my child for their eye exam?

This varies, as some preschoolers can have vision problems so they need to be diagnosed early.  Most children get their first exam at age 3, then before they enter first grade.

Does What I eat affect my vision?

If you watch the news you know that they seem to have a new food every few months that can help with vision or eye health.  Some are fads, some have merit.  We suggest you talk to a professional if you have questions or concerns.
